Jana G Mclevain

Jana G McLevain, 56, of Henderson, KY, passed away on December 01, 2017 at Lucy Smith King Care Center under hospice care.  Jana was born in Henderson, KY to the late Freeman “Tickle” McLevain and Lela McLevain.She is preceded in death by her father.  Survivors include; mother-Lela McLevain of Henderson, KY; Sister-Joni (Steve) Williams of Baskett, KY; Brothers-Jay McLevain of Henderson, KY and Jamey (Cathy) McLevain of Zion, KY; nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be on Tuesday, December 05, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson, KY.  Rev. Mary Wrye will officiate with a private family burial at a later date in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be Tuesday, 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice.  Online condolences may be made at www.tomblinsonfuneralhome.com.
