Jane Harris Patterson

Jane Harris (Shelton) Patterson, 74 of Henderson passed away October 24, 2016 at Deaconess Hospital. She was born January 17, 1942 in Henderson to Robert Lee and Katie Viola (Trent) Shelton. She was a homemaker. Jane loved her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren and she enjoyed being outdoors and going to auctions. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers; Bubby and Charles "Budger" Shelton, four sisters; Katherine Shelton, Rosie Messamore, Dorothy Stone and Mary Cornwell. She is survived by two children; Danny Whitehead and Gary Whitehead both of Sebree, three step children; Michael Patterson of Zion, KY, Tommy Patterson and Marty Patterson both of Henderson, KY. three brothers; Jessie Shelton of Hebbardsville, James Shelton of Sebree and Moses Shelton of LaBelle, Florida, four grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
