Jaylen Ryan Kurtz, 23 of Henderson passed away June 15, 2017 in Carmi, IL.He was born September 5, 1993 in Henderson to Deana Lynn (Raley) Kurtz and Edward Lee Kurtz, Jr.Jaylen was a member of First Baptist Church.He was preceded in death by his 2 grandfathers; Elroy Raley and Edward Lee Kurtz, Sr., 1 sister; Raelee Nicole Kurtz.Jaylen is survived by his mother; Deana Lynn Kurtz and her fiancé Darrell Talley of Henderson, father; Edward Lee Kurtz, Jr. of Henderson, maternal grandmother; Jenny Raley of Henderson, paternal grandparents; Sue Kurtz and Bobby Parrish of Henderson, 1 brother; Jace Kurtz of Henderson, aunts and uncles; Steve Raley of Mt. Pleasant, TX, Janet Shoulders of Taylors, SC, Debbie Polley of Henderson, Lisa Chinn of Evansville, IN, and cousins.Services will be 12:00 PM, Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.  Visitation will be Monday, 5:00 PM-8:00 PM and Tuesday, 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Rev. Alan Chamness will officiate.  Pallbearers  will be Troy Lamoree, Taylor Eshbaugh, Stewart Lyons, Eian Leithliter, Earl Kurtz, Greg Shoulders and Mike Shoulders.  Memorial contributions may be made to Jaylen Kurtz Memorial, c/o Fifth Third Bank, Henderson, KY 42420.
