Jeri "Bamaw" Culver

Jeri (Slaughter) “Bamaw” Culver, 83 of Henderson passed away at 4:15 on Friday March 6, 2009 at her home. She was born March 23, 1925 in Henderson Co., KY to Jennings Bryan and Lydia (Ferguson) Slaughter. She owned and operated Jeri’s Interior Design and was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Joseph L. Culver (1998), one sister; Connie Leslie, two brothers; Clinton and Samuel Slaughter. She is survived by one daughter Cynthia L. Anfield 3 sisters: Dorothy Springer of Henderson Norma “Micky” Gorman of Henderson Ann Martin of Henderson 3 brothers: M.E. Slaughter of Henderson R. J. Slaughter of California Donnie Slaughter of Henderson 5 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren 4 great great grandchildren Several nieces and nephews Services will be 12:00 PM Wednesday at Holy Name Catholic Church in Henderson. Father Ed Bradley will officiate. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 and Wednesday 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Pallbearers will be Shawn Hurt, Christian Dixon, Alex Hagan, Craig Daniel and Joe Ray Gorman. Honorary Pallbearer will be Wesley Hope and Debbie Patterson.
