Jerry Ward Mitchell, 77 of Henderson, KY passed away at 11:15 PM Tuesday November 19, 2013 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, IN. He was born August 29, 1936 in McLeansboro, IL to the late Frank and Kathleen (Hart) Mitchell. He was retired from A&M Distributing and Clark Security. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He is survived by 2 daughters; Teresa Jackson of Henderson, KY Jeryle Clark of IL 2 sons; Jerry W. Mitchell, Jr of Nevada Gregory D. Leslie of Henderson, KY 1 sister; Helen Clark of Henderson, KY 8 Grandchildren 11 Great Grandchildren Nieces and nephews Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday November 23, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Ralph Clark will officiate. Burial will be in Smith Mills Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
