Jerry Neal Turley

Jerry Neal Turley, 70, of Slaughters passed away at his residence January 10, 2017. He was born to the late Claude and Maysel (Jackson) Turley. He was a member of the Hanson United Methodist Church and a member of the American Legion. He had retired from Alcoa Aluminum. He was a veteran of the US Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Joyce Ann Turley, son Terry Turley and one brother in law. He is survived by his sons Kenneth and wife Shannon Turley of Arizona and Steven and wife Bonnie Turley of Slaughters, 4 grandchildren Jackson, Gracie, Meghan, and Iris, many cousins and friends. Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday January 14, 2017 at Hanson United Methodist Church with Pastor William Moore officiating. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Friday January 13, 2017 and 9-11 AM at Hanson United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Slaughters Cemetery in Slaughters. Pallbearers will be Mike Turley, Lindell Jackson, Larry Parker, Dick Blue, Greg Crowley, and Donnie Davis. Full military rights will be presented by Worsham Post# 40 of Henderson.
