Jewell Olean Spainhoward

Jewell Olean (Wright) Spainhoward, 94 of Henderson, passed away at 12:50 PM on May 24, 2017 at Redbanks Nursing Home in Henderson, KY. She was born in Alabama on April 23, 1923 to the late Gussie Wright. She was the owner and operator of three restaurants for many years, one being in Cadiz, KY and two others in Henderson, KY. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband; Ethil Spainhoward, her children David Spainhoward, Tommy Spainhoward, Kay Tompkins, and Frankie Spainhoward. She is survived by her children; Joel Wayne (Kathy) Spainhoward, and Wanda Lou Tornatta both of Henderson, her daughter in law, Debbie Spainhoward, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Private services will be held.
