Jimbo Springfield

Jimbo Springfield, age 58, went to be with the Lord on March 8, 2025. He worked in the coal mines for over 20 years and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Springfield; his son, Luke Springfield (Jessie); his daughter, Katie Lutz (Jordan); two sisters, Amy Thompson (Kip) and Gayla Sorrels; two brothers, Dennis Shanks and Rodney Shanks; mother, Burnetta Springfield; grandchildren, Emma Moore, Easton Springfield, Axel Moore, Auralynn Lutz and Hattie Lutz; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Springfield and father, Jim Springfield.

Tomblinson Funeral Home in Sebree is handling arrangements.
