Joan Borum

Joan Scott Borum, 83,  passed away July 25, 2017 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.She was born to the late Lilburn and Grace (Timmons) Scott in Hopkins County, KY.She was a member of Onton United Methodist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dwight F. Borum, and son Dwight G. Borum.She is survived by a daughter Jackie and husband Cliff Coppedge of Clarksville, TN and  son Jeff and wife Linda Borum of Shelbyville, KY, a daughter-in-law Pippa Soeder of Hardinsburg. 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.Services will be 3:00 PM Saturday July 29, 2017 at Onton United Methodist Church with Bro. Greg Shannon and Bro. Marty Robertson officiating.  Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery .Visitation will be Saturday July 29, 2017 from 12:00-3:00 PM at the church.Pallbearers will be Jason Borum, Joshua Blackburn, Michael Borum, Greg Ranes, Peter Borum, and Mark Borum.Memorial donations may be made to New Salem Cemetery Fund.
