Jocelyn Rae Carnes

Jocelyn Rae Carnes, 27, of Henderson, was welcomed into the arms of the Lord on Wednesday October 31, 2018 at St. Anthony’s Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born in Monticello, Indiana on November 28, 1990 to Joshua Fitchpatrick and Kimberly Smith. Jocelyn was a member of First Baptist Church in Henderson and also attended Immanuel Baptist Church in Crestwood, KY. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Teresa Lewis. Survivors include her husband Clint Carnes of Crestwood, KY, mother and step-father Kimberly and Donnie Smith of Henderson, father Josh Fitchpatrick of Delphi, IN, 2 children Emmalyn Loveless and Carter Freeman both of Henderson, maternal grandparents Brad and Jeanmarie Parrott of Henderson, maternal grandfather Maurice Vose of Phoenix, AZ, paternal grandfather Mike Lewis of Battleground, IN, 2 sisters Caitlin Nicely of Bedford, IN, Megan Schauer of Colorado Springs, CO, 1 brother Brent Vose of Vero Beach, FL, mother and father-in-laws Jeff and Brenda Carnes of Georgetown, KY, Cheryl and Tim Wiseman of LaGrange, KY, brother-in-law Evan Carnes, sister-in-law Casey Barker, Jocelyn’s furbabies Josey and Remy, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Services will be 5:00 PM Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.  Bro. Todd Linn will officiate. Visitation will be Friday 6-8PM and Saturday 3:30PM until service time at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions for the benefit of Jocelyn’s children C/O Old National Bank.
