Joetta Daniel Phillips, 59 of Madisonville, KY passed away Saturday February 26, 2011 at the Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY. She was born in Hopkins County, KY on August 28, 1951 to the late Joseph Cullen Daniel and Anne Tillis (Wiles) Perkins. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Madisonville. She was a homemaker and an avid bingo player and also love to crochet. She is survived by her husband, Elton Phillips of Madisonville, KY Son; Joe and wife Sheena Phillips of Madisonville, KY Step daughter Christial Bagwell Phillips of Madisonville, KY Brother; Julian L. “Duke” and wife Julia Smith of Nebo, KY 6 grandchildren; Derrek Britt, Damon Britt, Shannon Blixt, Dustin Blixt, Caitlyn Bagwell and Christian Green 1 great grandchild; Alexander Chase Piper Services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday March 3, 2011 at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY. Bishop Kevin Rogers and speakers Melissa Ezell and Larry Smith officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Madisonville, KY Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 AM until service at the funeral home.
