John Steven Puckett, Sr. 66 of Henderson, passed away April 29, 2018 at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville. He was born September 6, 1951 in Henderson to Laz Dill Puckett, Jr. and Marcelle Mattingly. He was preceded in death by his parents, step father; Charles Mattingly, sister; Virginia Louise Yarborough. John is survived by 5 children; John Steven Puckett, Jr., (Leanne), Amber Puckett, Samuel Puckett (Heather), Stanley Neal Puckett, step daughter; Penny Davis all of Henderson, 2 brothers; Allen Puckett (Sue), Michael Puckett both of Henderson, 3 sisters; Sherri Ledbetter of Robards, Lisa Slaughter (Sam) of Henderson, Nancy Van (Pete) of Sturgis, 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 dogs that he loved so much; Bella, DG.
