John Henry Tucker

John Henry Tucker, 75, of Henderson, KY passed away Friday, October 25, 2024, at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, IN.

John was born in Evansville, IN on September 16, 1949, to the late William and Aurora Tucker. John served in the United States Navy and retired from Teknor. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #9, he was a volunteer firefighter for the Cairo Fire Department and was an EMT instructor.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his two brothers, Bill and Ronnie Tucker, and sister, Nancy Deaven.

John is survived by his wife of 56 years, Kay Tucker; children, John Henry Tucker II (Kimberly Ann), Marty Kay Tucker; three grandchildren, Dustin Tucker (Lauren), Jacob Tucker, Gabriel Austin Tucker; great-grandchildren, Jaxon Tucker, Atlas Tucker, Scarlet Tucker, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 2, 2024, 2:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel with Bro. Joe Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with military rites provided by the honor guard of American Legion Worsham Post 40.

Visitation will be on Friday, November 1, 2024, 5:00-7:00 PM with Masonic rites beginning at 6:30 PM and visitation on Saturday, 12:00 PM until service time.
