Johnie Sue Reinhard

Johnie Sue Reinhard, 64 of Corydon, KY passed away on June 23, 2017 at her home under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice.  She was born in Vanderburgh County, IN on March 09, 1953 to the late Frederick, Sr. and Polly Reinhard. She is retired from Methodist Hospital where she was a registered nurse in the emergency room.  She was a Kentucky Colonel, an avid gardner and enjoyed working in her flowers.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Danny Jo Southard her companion, Jase Hook, her Great-Grandson, Billie Jo Brashier her sister.  She is survived by her children Jonathon Hollowell of Providence, Steffanie (David) Smith of Slaughters, Paul (Whitley) Southard and Julie (Scott) Nobles both of Henderson.  Brothers and sisters Frankie (Dennis) Vailes, Kim (Tony) Catlett, Mary (Dennis) Eblen, Fred (Kim) Reinhard, Christina (Dwight) Duncan and Clint (Yolanda) Reinhard.  12 Grandchildren Tristan Hager, Morgan Duncan, Hunter Hollowell, Levi Hollowell, Skylar Hollowell, Ashdyn Cardwell, Trevor Smith, Dylan Viars, Hudson Nobles, Emarie Nobles, Gunner Southard and Layla Southard. Great-Grandchildren Addelynn Duncan, Bennett Duncan, Serenity Hager and Atlee Hook. Services will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Dr. Hollis Marshall will officiate.  Visitation will be held on Saturday from 4:00 PM-8:00PM and on Sunday from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. Burial will be in Easter Lilly Cemetery in Slaughters, KY. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent’s Hospital NICU and St. Anthony’s Hospital.
