Jolene (Davenport) Forker, 79 of Sebree passed away April 20, 2017 at St. Anthony's Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born April 1, 1938 in Webster Co., KY to O. T. and Curtis (Crowley) Davenport. She was a member of Sebree First Baptist Church and a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was an avid U.K. Wildcats fan. Jolene's home was always open to everyone. In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her husband Jim Forker, 2 brothers; Hoyte Davenport and Olmar Davenport and her cousin; Blue Davenport. She is survived by her five children; Connie Skinner of Sebree, Jana Forker of Sebree, Hank Forker and his wife Donna of Lexington, John Forker and his wife Amy of Sebree and Jason Forker and his wife Mikki of Robards, 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, one brother; Mann Davenport of Sebree, several nieces and nephews. Services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Sebree. Brother Tony Appuglies and Dr. Bob Hardison will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, 2:00 PM-8:00 PM and Sunday, 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Slade Forker, Clay Forker, Ty Forker, Brock Forker, J.T Skinner and Raymond Collins. Honorary pallbearers will be David Lynn, Richie Nunn, Jerry Buchanan, John Haffley, Rod Warren, Greg Gates, and Steven Bryant. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice.
