Joseph William Meuth

Joseph William Meuth, 90 of Henderson passed away March 19, 2015 at his residence. He was born December 28, 1924 in Henderson to Walter and Nan (Knight) Meuth. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church and an US Coast Guard Veteran. He had retired from Custom Resins after 50 years of service. He was a member of Corydon Masonic Lodge #799 for 50 years, President of the Smith Mills Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Eddie Castellari, one sister and two brothers. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Wanda (Wooters Meuth) of Henderson Two sons: Joseph Lee (Jan) Meuth of North Carolina Richie (Sue) Meuth of Henderson One brother: Dickie Meuth of Brandeburgh, KY Eight grandchildren 14 great grandchildren Nieces and nephews Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Pastor Justin Carter will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4:00 PM-8:00 PM Friday and 9:00 AM until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Worsham Post #40. Pallbearers will be Billy Schwartz, Wes Bennett, Joe Meuth. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Smith Mills Lions Club.
