Joyce Amelia (Brown) Fulcher, 89, of Sebree passed away January 9, 2018 at Colonial Terrace in Sebree.She was born in Henderson, KY to the late Orba and Verner (Melton) Brown.She was a homemaker and attended Shady Grove Baptist Church.JShe was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Willie Fulcher, and a brother Carrol T. Brown.She is survived by 2 children:  Randy and his wife JoAnn Fulcher of Slaughters, Ky and Rob and wife Retha Fulcher of Waverly, KY, 2 grandchildren: Julie and husband Larry Whitlock and Nathan Fulcher, and 1 great-grandchild Jax Whitlock.Services will be 10:30 AM Thursday January 11, 2018 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree chapel with Rev.
