Joyce (Ray) Hancock, 86, of Madisonville, KY passed away Sunday December 14, 2014 at 7:25PM at NHC in Madisonville. She was born in Hopkins County to Marvin and Rhona (Spears) Ray on July 19, 1928. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Oscar Hancock in 2004, 2 brothers George M. Ray and Bernie Lynn Ray and 1 sister Susan Jacobs. Survivors include 2 children: Judy Hancock of Madisonville, KY Alan Hancock of Tacoma, WA 3 Sisters: Frances Fridy of Ashbyburg, KY Jean Winstead of Madisonville, KY Catherine Raley of Madisonville, KY 1 grandson: Christopher Hancock of Tacoma, WA Nieces and Nephews Service will be private and there will be no visitation. Entombment will be in Oakhill Cemetery in Evansville, IN. Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel is handling arrangements.
