Judy Dolin

On the morning of Wednesday, April 2 the bells of Heaven rang louder than usual as Judy Lanell (Johnston) Dolin was received by the Lord, joining her loving husband of 50 years, Thomas “Tom” Dolin.

Judy, loving wife, mother, and friend to all she met, age 74 of Henderson passed away on April 2, 2025 at 9:27 a.m. in Deaconess Hospital (Evansville, Indiana) with her loving family by her side.

She was born October 3, 1950 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Elvin Johnston and the late Viola (McGough) Johnston.

Judy was retired from Henderson Social Security after 24 years of service. She enjoyed sewing, traveling, camping, boating, motorcycle rides with Tom, and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Dolin, her brother Guy Johnston, her sister Reatha Jean (Johnston) Neal, and her niece Ava (Crafton) Beckett.

Judy is survived by her daughter Heather Dolin, her son David Dolin and his wife Melissa, and her sisters Marles Crafton (Johnny) and Jonnie Vi Johnston all of Henderson. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins, and her four-legged fur babies Sassy, Rudy, Tigger, and Gabby.

Judy’s love for life will be greatly missed by all who knew her. We will love you forever and a day.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 9 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson with Pastor Mike Spivey officiating.

Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday, April 8 from 3-7 p.m. and on Wednesday, April 9 from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour.
