Kathryn Joyce Spainhoward

Kathryn Joyce Spainhoward, 66 of Madisonville, passed away on November 21, 2013 at Baptist Health in Paducah. She was born on January 16, 1947 in Mortons Gap to the late Gordon White and Ava Silvey White. She was retired director of assisted living at Rivers Bend Retirement Home in Kuttawa, Kentucky. She was a Kentucky Colonel and of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Laquata White, and granddaughter, Kendra Rideout. She is survived by her husband, John T. Spainhoward of Madisonville, her son, Dwight (Madonna) Rideout Jr. of Nortonville, her daughter, Jennifer (Tyrone) Crutcher of Paducah, her stepson, John S. Spainhoward of Florida, her sisters, Barbara Hawkins and Peggy Harvey both of Mortons Gap, her brother, Noel White of Madisonville, 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Memorial services will be held at Nortonville Baptist Church on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. with Brother Ronnie Sivells officiating. Vistation will be from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the church.
