Kathy Lynn (Oliver) Smith,44, of Henderson, Kentucky passed away Friday December 2, 2011 at Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born in Henderson, Kentucky to Willard and Dorothy (Stone) Oliver on September 3, 1967. She was a homemaker and attended Henderson Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her father Willard Oliver in 2010. She is survived by her husband of 18 years Kevin Smith of Henderson, Kentucky 2 Daughters: Tabatha Workman of Henderson, Kentucky Amanda Stanley of Henderson, Kentucky 1 Son: Bradley Stanley of Evansville, Indiana 6 Grandchildren: Logan, Haylee, Brianna, Austin, Gage and Brody Mother: Dorothy Murch of Henderson, Kentucky 1 Sister: Diane Hancock of Henderson, Kentucky 2 Brothers: Gary Oliver of Henderso, Kentucky Bruce Oliver of Uniontown, Kentucky Services will be held 2:00 PM Monday December 5, 2011 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Gary Puryear and Rev. Alan Chamness will officiate. Visitation will be Sunday 4-8 PM and Monday 10AM until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Corydon Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason McCormick, Wayne Hancock, Amos Russelburg, Dustin Jones, Dylan Abbot, Michael Bruce Oliver and Phillip Larue. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Hospice.
