Kay Epperson

Kay Epperson, 74 of Henderson passed away 8:18 PM, February 11, 2015 at Deaconess Gateway. She was born June 23, 1940 in Evansville, IN to Elmer Sylvester and Jane Kathryn (Lacer) Wright. Kay was a member of Beals Pentecostal Church and was retired from 7th Street Elementary School as Cafeteria Manager. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 58 years: Robert L. Epperson 2 children: Brian Epperson and his wife Jill of Evansville Kelly White and her husband Raymond of Henderson 3 Grandchildren: Brandon White and his wife Nicole, Kayla White and Rachel Epperson 2 Great grandchildren; Merick White and Dallas White 3 Sisters: Janet Thompson of Henderson Elaine Bryant of Reed Marsha Owens and her husband Mike of Henderson Nieces and nephews Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Saturday, February 14 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Barry Skaggs will officiate. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 PM-8:00 PM Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Brandon White, Mike Owens, Matt Owens, Jeremy Ebelhar, Brian Schooley and Brent Ebelhar. Honorary pallbearer will be Merick White.
