Keith Monroe Jackson

Keith Monroe Jackson, 70, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Friday, September 8, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.

The oldest of eight siblings, Keith was born on September 4, 1953. He is preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean Jackson and brother Kip Jackson. He is survived by his father, Cletus Jackson; brothers and sisters, Dawn Dewitt, Gay Griffin, Brett Jackson, Bart Jackson, Nathan Jackson and Kelly Kilgore; wife, Gloria Jackson; daughter, Michelle Rittenberry & partner, Dickie; son, Bradley Jackson & partner, Jessica; grandsons, Codi Samples, Brock Ganno, Jackson Towery and Keiden Rittenberry; 2 great granddaughters, Dakota & Lyra, and his canine companions, Buddy and Mollie; and several nieces and nephews.

Keith loved bluegrass music, hunting, horses, camping and attending festivals with the love of his life, Gloria and his dogs. He was a member of the Henderson Area Riding Club and chairman of the board for the Bill Monroe Foundation in Rosine, Kentucky, where they visited often.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 13, 2023, 10 AM, at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Henderson Chapel. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 12, 2023, 3:00 – 7:00 PM, at the funeral home.
