Kelsey Lee-Ann Garrison, 14, passed away 7:37 A.M. Monday August 12, 2013 at Lucy Smith Care Center in Henderson. She was born December 5, 1998 in Henderson, KY to Charles William, Jr. and Mary Grace (Stout) Garrison Veach. She was a member of Victory Christian Center in Henderson, KY and was attending South Jr. High in Henderson. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Betty Jane and Charles William Garrison, Sr. She is survived by her parents, step-father Bobby Lee Veach, grandparents Tom and Judy Stout of Reed, KY, step grandparents Kathleen Powell and Steven and Diane McCommac, 2 sisters Keeley Stout (age 16) and Kayley Garrison (age 13, 12 aunts and uncles and 35cousins. Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday August 15, 203 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel with Rev. Michael Hyson officiating. Visitation will be Thursday August 15 from 9:30 AM-2:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hearts for Kelsey c/o Independence Bank, Henderson, KY 42420.
