Kevin D. "Doc" Stone

Kevin D. “Doc” Stone, 50, of Henderson passed away Thursday March 6, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Crittenden County to Harry Gordon and Katherine Elizabeth (Hill) Stone on May 6, 1963. He was a member of Fairview General Baptist Church in Bluff City, Kentucky. He was a drummer of the Stone Family Gospel Band. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 sister Debbie Brown and 1 brother Randy Stone. He is survived by his companion of 3 ½ years Jamia Lewis of Henderson 2 Children: Amanda LaRue of Smith Mills, KY Jacob Stone of Henderson Stepson: Ike Lewis of Henderson 1 Sister: Belinda Clement of Henderson 3 Brothers: Steve Stone of Henderson Stacy Stone of Henderson Tim Stone of Henderson 2 Grandchildren: Dylan LaRue and Brennen LaRue Nieces and Nephews Services will be 1:00 PM Monday March 10, 2014 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Steve Stone will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday 3-8PM and Monday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Kevin Stone Memorial Fund C/O Tomblinson Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Matthew LaRue, David Fritts, Aaron Fritts, Levi Alexander, Josh Stone, Cody Clement, Cody Carver. Honorary pallbearers will be Brennen LaRue and Dylan LaRue.
