Kim Deloris Willett

Kim Delores Coley Willett passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Deaconess Henderson Hospital.  Her loving husband, Kenneth Willett, stood beside her throughout her life.  She was a mother of two daughters, whom she dearly loved, Shayna Renae Coley and Summer Raye Maffucci and grandmother to three grandchildren.Kim and her beautiful smile will be greatly missed by her adoring sister, Renae Coley McGaha, whom which Kim had always humored with her own little cliches.  Kim was a rowdy gal and hard to handle at times, but Renae stood by her through thick and thin. At the end of the day, they loved each other dearly and had an amazing bond no one could separate.Cousins, Julie Ncholson, Jill Hall, and Brandi Jamison, often reminisce on times spent in summer months with Kim.  They cherish the memories of Kim’s love for singing, working crossword puzzles, and playing the guitar, passed on to her by her papa. She also wrote poetry and would quote them on occasion. Her aunt, Rita Hartz, will not soon forget Kim’s dry sense of humor and her love of reading of the Bible.  She will be missed by her nephews, Ryan Cater and Brennon Owens, as well as her entire family and loved ones. We are so very grateful for her sense of protection over the family.She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis Gene Coley and Marsha Ray Hungate Coley; grandparents, Rev. Robert Hungate and Delores Hungate (Nannaw and papaw). Memorial service will be 1:00 PM, Friday, September 18, 2020 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel.Visitation will be 11:00 AM-1:00 PM, Friday at the funeral home.Reverend Dennis Mayfield will officiate.
