Kimberly Jo Powell

Kimberly Jo Powell, 59, of Sebree joined her Heavenly Family on Wednesday, August 28, 2013. She was preceded in death by her mother Frances Watson Powell on August 5, 1998 and her father Billie Joe Powell on February 15, 2004, and her beloved pet Mia, November 21, 2012. She is survived by 2 aunts, Dorothy Fraiser of Mishawaka, IN and Clarice Hinton of Scottsdale, AZ. Cousins and many close friends. Also surviving are her adopted family C.E. and Mary Lou Johnson, Eddie and Teresa Johnson, Melody and Bruce Fisher and family, Tonja and Darrell Townsend and family. Kim was a member of the Sebree General Baptist Church and Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. Kim began her secretarial career with Tommy Jo Fridy Law Firm in Sebree and has worked at Alcan, and now Century Aluminum for the past 24 years. Services will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Rudy Moser, Bro Johnny McCurry and Bro. Nate Harper.
