Larry Ray McCormick, 60 of Cairo passed away Tuesday May 31, 2011 at Deaconess Gateway in Evansville, IN He was born March 30, 1951 in Henderson Co. He was a laborer in the Local Union 561 in Evansville for 33 years and also worked for Industrial Contractors. Larry, who was referred to as Pa, was a longtime Pee Wee baseball coach and avid deer hunter. He was preceded in death by his mother Judy (Wilson) McCormick. Two sisters Carolyn Allen and Barbara McCormick One brother Ronnie McCormick He is survived by his wife of 38 years Linda Diane McCormick of Cairo One daughter Amy McCormick of Cairo Two sons Adam and his wife Melissa McCormick of Robards Chris McCormick of Robards Two brothers Donnie and Darrell McCormick both of Henderson 7 grandchildren: Brock Buckman, Amanda Buckman, Kaitlyn McCormick, Kristyn McCormick, Kassie McCormick, J.C. Payne and Austin Page. 2 great grandchildren Landyn Buckman and Emmilynn Buckman Services will be 11:00 AM Friday June 3 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Bro. Mark Jones will officiate. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Thursday June 2, 2011 and 9AM until service time Friday June 3 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Pallbearers will be Daniel McCormick, Robert McCormick, Ricky Blanford, Ron Bealmear, Gary Estes and Jeff Stone. Honorary Pallbearers will be Lanny Jobe, Chris Davis, Andrew Payne, David Smithhart and Brad Thornberry.
