Lawrence (Larry) Owens

Lawrence “Larry” Edward Owens, 55 of Henderson passed away March 18, 2015 at his residence. He was born November 27, 1959 in Lexington, KY to Edward and Shirley Lois (Williams) Owens. He was retired from the Kentucky State Police, retired from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children, retired Deputy Coroner, retired accident reconstructionist. Larry was a member of Abundant Life Assembly of God. He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley Lois (Williams) Owens. He is survived by his father and step-mother: Edward and Jane Owens of Bethlehem, PA 2 children: Brad Owens of Henderson Lauren Owens-Cobb (James) of Henderson 1 brother: Robert Owens of Bethlehem, PA Ex-wife: Melissa Owens of Henderson 1 niece 1 nephew Memorial service will be 5:00 PM Saturday, March 28 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Bill Schwartz will officiate. Visitation will be 3:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
