Leah Fox

Leah S. (Gibbs) Fox, 71, of Henderson, died on August 28, 2015 at her home under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice. She was born in Henderson on November 4, 1943 to the late James Cornelius Gibbs and Ethel Delois Gish Gibbs. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, a homemaker, a member of Henderson General Baptist Church, a member of the Order Eastern Start #186 in Henderson, and an avid St. Louis Cardinals, UK Wildcats, and Green Bay Packers fan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother John C. Gibbs, and sisters Brent Liles and Jo Nell Magee. She is survived by: Husband: Danny R. Fox 3 children: Stephanie Krampe of Henderson, Kristy (Scott) Johnson of Henderson, and Brandi (Wayne) Liggett of Henderson Step-daughter: Sharon Fox of Henderson 1 sister: Peggy Snyder of Owensboro 11 Grandchildren: Kynedi Krampe, Madison Krampe, Sophia Krampe, Jordyn Johnson, Maggie Johnson, Lucas Johnson, Molli Liggett, Abbi Liggett, Bentley Liggett, Naomi Liggett, and Caleb Fox. Several nieces and nephews. Services will be at Tomblison Funeral Home in Henderson on Tuesday, September 1st at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Hollis Marshall and Bro. Andy Weaver officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until service hour.
