Lee Angela Jones

Lee Angela Jones, 49, of Henderson, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville.  She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, August 1, 1972 to Stanton and Sharon Baxter.    She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend.  She was a homemaker and member of Zion Baptist Church.  She was Creative Director for Small Beginnings Ministry, designing their t-shirts, business cards, made slide shows and totally updated the website.  She served wholeheartedly and generously and is irreplaceable. Ange will be remembered for her love of arts & crafts, writing short stories and a novel, excellent baking, and her sarcastic sense of humor.    Ange was loved and cherished by many people including her husband of 17 years, Craig Jones; children, Haley Machen and Carolyn Jones; grandchildren, Titus and Anakin; parents, Stanton and Sharon Baxter; brothers, Stephen (Laura) and Derek; Aunts Glenda Bell and Mary Sue Herrington; brothers in law, sisters in law, cousins, and nieces and nephews.  All will miss her dearly.   Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, August 7 Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson KY.  officiated by Pastor Jeff Coursey of Zion Baptist Church in Henderson, KY.    Visitation will be from 1:30 – 4 p.m.  on Saturday, August 7 at the funeral home.
