Leslie Benjamin Smithhart, III, 65, of Henderson passed away Thursday February 26, 2009 at Redbanks Nursing Home. He was born March 14, 1943 in Henderson, KY to Leslie Benjamin and Martha (Womack) Smithhart II. He was a member of Cherry Hill Baptist Church in Robards. He owned and operated Smithhart’s Garage and Body Shop in Robards. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a daughter: Jennifer “Lulu” Royster of Henderson, KY 3 sons: Mark Smithhart of Henderson, KY Chris Smithhart of Spottsville, KY Shane Smithhart of Henderson, KY 3 sisters: Sharon Eades of Frankfort, KY Lisa Hope of Henderson, KY Mei-Mei Eblen of Henderson, KY 1 brother: David Smithhart of Henderson. KY 9 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews Services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday March 2, 2009 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson. Pastor Bret Eblen will officiate. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M.-service time Monday March 2, 2009 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jerome Royster, Mike Pace, Kevin Adams, Mike Hope, Jerry Eades, and Josh Eades.
