Linda Rae (Culley) Francis went home to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday morning, June 2, 2021. She passed peacefully after a debilitating battle with Parkinson’s Lewy Body Dementia at her home. She was 73 years old. Linda was born July 18, 1947 to Arnold and Audrey Culley. She married Bill Francis on August 8th, 1969. During her life she lived across the United States and enjoyed any place with warm sunshine, fresh air and beautiful scenery. Linda served her family graciously and gently throughout her life, always being an example of love as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She treasured time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. They were a constant source of pride and joy for her, and she celebrated their accomplishments and growth throughout her final days. During her life, she exemplified Christ’s love and patience towards others and his faithfulness was reflected each day, every day despite the circumstances that life presents. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. Until we meet again. She was preceded in death by her father, Arnold Culley. Linda is survived by her partner in life for 51 years, Bill Francis; three children, Bill Francis Jr. (Kristin), of Milton, KY; Brad Francis (Amy) of Rhinelander, WI; and Ashely Lambert (Chad) of Owensboro; mother, Audrey Culley of Henderson; two brothers, Gene Culley of Sun Valley, CA and Dave Culley of Henderson; 15 grandchildren, Nathan Francis (fiancée, Bethany Beals) of Henderson, Emily, Elisabeth, Anna, Julia, and Rebecca Francis of Milton, KY, Kiah, Nolan, Malia, Karis, Celia, and Benner Francis of Rhinelander, WI, Aiden, Avery and Liam Lambert of Owensboro; and many other family members and close friends.
