Linda Jean Henderson

Linda Jean (Howard) Henderson, of Henderson, KY, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Redbanks Nursing Home.

She was born in Beulah, MS on June 10, 1940 to the late Hubert and Helen (Helms) Howard.

Linda had worked as a landman for many years, but held many positions, most notably in development and deployment for North American Aviation (NAA), helping to create the Apollo spacecrafts.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Carl Jay Biggs; sister, Gwendolyn “Ann” Gower McCool; and brother, Robert Howard.

She is survived by her children, Deborah Horn (Jesse) of Henderson, Michael Biggs (Anita) of Florida, and Karen Potts (Don) of Robards; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. at Fairmont Cemetery on Friday, November 1 with Rev. Tim Shockley officiating. A family gathering will follow at Deborah’s home.
