Lois C Cornwell

Lois C. Cornwell, 69 of Henderson passed away July 23, 2018 at Transcendent Healthcare South in Boonville, IN. She was born November 28, 1948 in Henderson to the late Robert and Mary Cornwell. She was of the Pentecostal faith.  Lois had worked at Holiday Inn as a cook and as a nurse’s aide at Medco.  Lois enjoyed going for walks and loved her pets. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her companion of 27 years; Lester VanVactor (July 1, 2017), three sisters; four brothers. She is survived by her daughter and care giver; Nancy Rigdon and her husband Richard, two sisters; Margie Cornwell and Virginia Hobbs, three brothers; Realey Cornwell, Bobby Cornwell and his wife Cindy, Paul Cornwell, niece; Barbara Hobbs, nephew; Michael Hobbs, Jr. several more nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, 2:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.  Visitation will be Friday, 3:00 PM-8:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Bro. Gerald Wilson will officiate.   Burial will be in Corydon Cemetery.
