Luis Miguel Barco Martinez

On Saturday, May 22nd, 2021 Luis Miguel Barco, went to be with the Lord.  Luis was known for always lending a helping hand. He was responsible and always so happy. Many would say Luis always had a smile on his face and reminded everyone that he loves them. Luis cared about everyone, but more than anything he loved his daughter and parents. Luis had a faith to carry him through life and that reassures loved ones that they will see him again.  During Luis’ 33 years on this earth he found joy in boxing, weight lifting, and always staying busy. He was always doing something.  Luis joined his great-grandparents; Espiridion & Margarita Perez, Zacarias Barco & Edwarda Calvillo, Francisco Mena & Maria de Jesus Perez, Hilario Martinez & Domingo Perez; along with his grandparents Emilio Barco and Gabriel Martinez, all of Mexico, in heaven.  Luis is survived by his Grandmothers, Sofia Perez & Hermelinda Mena of Mexico. His parents, Artemio & Ma. Gabriella Barco of Sebree. His siblings Lupita (Rene) Carreras Barco and Hugo Barco of Sebree. His Daughter, Cassandra  of Washington, IN. His nieces Arianna & Katherine Barco & nephews Victor Barco; Jonathan, Alex, Christian, & Erik Carreras. Along with many loved aunts and cousins.  Funeral Mass will be at 2:00 PM Friday May 28th at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Sebree. Father Carmelo will officiate.  Burial will follow in Springdale Cemetery in Sebree, KY.  Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Sebree, KY and on Friday from 9:00 AM until 1:30 PM at St. Michaels Catholic Church.   Pallbearers will be as follows:Hugo Barco, Mario Barco, Jorge Martinez, Jovani Martinez, Rey Sanchez, Miguel Martinez  Honorary Pallbearers: Artemio Bautista, Rene Carreras, Carlos Martinez, Miguel Martinez, Omar Lara, Mateo Perez, Jorge Martinez, Hector Barco, Fernando Bautista.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michaels Catholic Church.
