Lula Belle Newman

Lula Belle (Bryant) Newman 75, of Henderson passed away 8:36 AM Monday December 20, 2010 at Colonial Terrace in Sebree, KY. She was born March 27, 1935 in Hebbardsville, KY to Raymond and Lona Mae (Cox) Bryant. She was a secretary and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Telles Newman, 1 step-son Wayne Newman, 1 brother Tommy Bryant and 1 sister Wilma Hudson. She is survived by 1 son David Newman of Henderson, KY 2 daughters Michele Phipps of Henderson, KY Sara Rigdon of Henderson, KY 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday December 22 at Bethel Baptist Church in Hebbardsville, KY with Bro. Russell Wood officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Hebbardsville, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday December 22, 2010 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at the church. Pallbearers will be David Newman, Bryant Kincade, Kyle Phipps, Drake Phipps, Paul Rigdon, Kyle Bryant, Olivia Kincade, and Kathryn Newman. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Bethel Baptist Church Building Fund.
