Mabel Faye Fowler

Mabel Faye Fowler, age 89, passed on November 22, 2023.

Mabel was born April 5 ,1934 in Wheatcroft, KY to the late Fred and Alcia (Tabor) Martin. She graduated from Sturgis High School in 1952 and married Bill Fowler in 1954. Together they served Jesus, sharing their musical gifts and loving people with generosity. Over the years, they resided in Louisville, Frankfort, Selma, Paducah, Union City, Beaver Dam, Covington, Metropolis and Henderson. Mabel spent the last 4 years in Cynthiana and Georgetown.

In addition to her parents, Mabel is preceded in death by her husband, Bill, son Mark and sisters Sara Dale Stott and Ruth Esther Hilliard.

She is survived by son, Paul Fowler and daughter Nancy Brinker and husband, Doug, 3 grandchildren—Haley Tucker, Allison Ward and Nathan Brinker, and 3 greatgrandchildren—Ruby, Leo and Milo Tucker.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 29, 2023, 12:00 PM, at Tomblinson Funeral Home, Hederson Chapel.  Bruial will follow at Boxville Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, 10:00 AM until funeral hour at the funeral home.
