Magdalene Sutton, 75, of Henderson passed away at 12:30 PM Monday February 18, 2013 at Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born in Henderson on September 29, 1937 to James Issac Virgil and Gracie Mae (Rigdon). She was of the Pentecostal faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1st husband Sterling Lee Snodgrass in 1968 and 2nd husband James Arvel Kennedy in 1998. She is survived by 7 daughters: Ann Parrish and husband David of Henderson Shirley Sue Wright and husband Eddie of Henderson Tonya Kay Baker and husband Ed of Henderson Trish Adams and husband Bruce of Henderson Cynthia Dickerson and husband Jo of Henderson Shirley Lucas of Henderson Tammy Turner of Henderson 3 Sons: James Snodgrass and wife Rachel of Owensboro David Snodgrass of Henderson James Kennedy of Henderson 33 Grandchildren 56 Great-grandchildren Services will be 2:00 PM Friday February 22, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Bill Schwartz will officiate. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery in Henderson Visitation will be Thursday 3-8PM and Friday 10:00 Am until service time at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
