Malinda Feast

Malinda "Lynn" Defreese Feast, of Henderson, formerly of Poole passed away Friday April 18th, 2014 at Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born October 17, 1922 in Elkhart County, Indiana to the late Charles and Emma Leinbach Defreese. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was also a World War II Army Airforce Veteran and attended Shady Grove General Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Albert Edward Feast, 1 granddaughter Jaime Marie Feast, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Survivors include 2 sons: Glenn Feast and wife JoAnn of Cairo, KY Dale Feast of Poole, KY 1 Daughter: Peggy Feast Coghill of Henderson 3 Grandchildren: Michelle Feast, Shauna Feast and Chris Coghill 3 Great-grandsons: Dawson Feast, Jesse Coghill and Joey Coghill Nieces and Nephews Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday April 23, 2014 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Rev. J. Keith Hurt will officiate with Bro. Dean Esray assisting. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole with military rites conducted by the American Legion Worsham Post 40 Honor Guard. Visitation will be Tuesday 4-8PM and Wednesday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice or Shady Grove General Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Newcom, Dunnie Duncan, Jimmy Chandler, Tom Thornsberry, Larry Wayne Gray and Jerry Bradley. Honorary pallbearers will be Grandchildren, Great-grandsons, Oral Samples, Danny Vincent and Joseph Fulcher.
