Marcia Kay Beam Hatfield, 73, died peacefully on Saturday November 5, 2016 at her home in Henderson, Kentucky surrounded by her family. She was born in Henderson on October 16, 1943 to J.W. Beam and Lora Mae Combest Beam. Marcia was an avid reader and homemaker and a devoted loving wife to her husband of 55 years. Marcia's ministry in life was her gospel singing and being a devoted pastor's wife. She loved the Lord and loved to share her faith through her voice. She attended New Hope Independent General Baptist Church in Clay, Kentucky. Marcia had an amazing voice and her favorite song was How Great Thou Art. She was preceded in death by her parents. Marcia is survived by her loving, adoring husband of 55 years Rev. Billy Hatfield, daughter Regenia Bender and her husband Jeff of Henderson, son Tim Hatfield and his wife Gwen of Henderson, three grandchildren: Adam Hatfield and his wife Lori, Joseph Bender and Krista Hatfield all of Henderson and 8 great-grandchildren. Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday November 8, 2016 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Rev. John Smith and Bro. Randy Norman will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday 4-8PM and Tuesday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Adam Hatfield, Joseph Bender, Jerry Hatfield, Frank Hatfield, Terry Mattingly and Randy Norman.
