Marilyn Jane Quinn

Marilyn (Mercer) Quinn, 83 of Onton, KY passed away at 7:20 PM Saturday January 11, 2014 at Deaconess Hospice Care Center in Evansville, IN. She was born October 15, 1930 to the late Fred and Mary Harriet (Parkinson) Mercer. She was a member of Onton United Methodist Church. Marilyn was a homemaker and had driven a school bus for Hopkins County and worked in the Cafateria at Madisonville North Hopkins High School. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Quinn in 1994. She is survived by 3 daughters; Tony Gipe of Jeffersonville, IN Donah McDonald and husband Roger of Hanson, KY Dru West and husband Brent of Caney, KS 1 son; David Quinn of Floyds Knobbs, IN 8 Grandchildren; Matt West, Luke West, Andy McDonald, Allison McDonald, Evan McDonald, Courtney Gipe, Ceci Quinn, and Wyatt Quinn. 2 Great Grandchildren; Lathe West and Carlee Crawford Nieces and Nephews Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday January 15, 2014 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Rev. Mike Garrigan will officiate. Burial will be in Onton Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 and Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Andrew McDonald, Evan McDonald, Luke West, Sam Kercheval, Alan Quinn and Jim Tapp. Memorial contributions may be made to Onton Cemetery Fund, 27 Melton Ln., Sebree, KY 42455.
