Mark Alan Moore, 64, of Henderson, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh.
He was born in Henderson on June 2, 1958 to the late Gartha Dean West.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Moore; daughters, Shauna Bailey and Kala Dunn (Qyntyn); four grandchildren, Eli Bailey, Zoey Bailey, Devin Dunn, and Nova Dunn; brother, Mike Moore; sisters, Sherri Ramsey and Melinda Lane; mother- and father-in-law, Yvonne and Paul Dyer; and furbaby, A.J.
Graveside services will at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson.
Visitation will be Monday, September 26 from 2-4 p.m. at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.
