Marla Gay Buley

Marla Gay Buley, 47, of Spottsville passed away on March 30, 2017. She was born on May 11, 1969 in Henderson to Sherrill and Shirley (Key) Lacer. Survivors include her parents; 1 son Lance Corporal Drake Scott; 3 daughters: Keira Scott of Spottsville, Amber Veach (Bo) of Henderson, and Winter Sorrells and companion Josh Hardin of Utica; 2 brothers: Brent Lacer (Pennye) and Trent Lacer both of Spottsville; 5 grandchildren: Cadence and Braxton Veach, Kyler Benningfield, and Cole and Cambryn Hardin; 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Funeral service will be held on Friday April 7, 2017 at 1:00PM at New Beginnings Church with Bro. Chester Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be Eric Lacer, Devin O'Dell, Ryan Walsh, James Morgan, Bo Veach, and Josh Hardin. All visitation will be held at New Beginnings Church on Thursday 4:00PM-8:00PM and Friday 9:00AM-service time. The family requests that all donations be made to Father Bradley shelter for women and children or WARM Center of Henderson, KY. Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson is handling arrangements.
