Martha Katherine Calvert

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Martha Calvert, 75 of Henderson. Martha departed this world on Tuesday February 20, 2024. Martha is a beloved Sister, Aunt, Mother, Grandmother, and friend.

Martha is preceded in death by her husband Richard (Dick) Calvert, her parents Bonnie and Martin Ganno. 3 brothers: Harold (Bub), Donald and Woody Ganno. 1 sister: Caroline Roy and 1 grandson: Brandon Calvert.

She is survived by her children: Jeanie (Dave), Pamela (Steve), Terry (Dave), Robin (Scott), Michelle (Rick), and Carol (Lee), Richard (Belinda), Michael (Vickie) and Chris (Cassie). 3 Brothers: Tommy, Danny (Dorsey) and Frank (Jane) Ganno. 4 sisters: Betty (Dale) Bonnell, Nancy Whitledge, Debbie (Ron) Brown and Cathy Griffin. 18 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild with 3 more great grandchildren on the way.

Funeral services to honor Martha's life will be held on Friday February 23, 2024 @ 10 AM – 3PM followed by services @ 3PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home located at 325 1st Street Henderson, KY 42420. Bro. Jeff Burke will officiate. In lieu of flowers and to honor Martha's memory, the family kindly requests donations to be made to Finley Baptist Church where she was a valued member.
