Martha Katherine Givens

Martha Katherine “Kacky” Givens, 83 of Henderson, KY passed away at 1:10 AM Thursday February 3, 2011 at Medco Nursing Home in Henderson, KY. She was born May 23, 1927 in Henderson County, KY to the late Joseph Elwood and Martha Jane (Frambrough) Seay. She was a member of Airline Baptist Church in Henderson and was retired from the housekeeping department at Methodist Hospital. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; James Givens and 3 sisters. She is survived by a step daughter; Joyce Ann Rone of Corydon, KY Sister; Dorotha Kitchens of Henderson, KY 2 step grandchildren several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Saturday February 5, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Rev. Bill Hatfield will officiate. Burial will be in Corydon Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Pallbearers will be David Kitchens, Joe Kitchens, Chet Kitchens, Tommy Snow, Butch Snow and Brad O’Leary. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
