Martha Ann Whitledge

Martha Ann Whitledge, 81 of Henderson passed away at 7:35 PM Thursday October 11, 2012 at Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born in Evansville, IN on February 14, 1931. She graduated from Lockyear Business College and worked as a secretary until becoming a full time homemaker and mom. She was preceded in death by her mother Frieda (Greiner) Foertsch, her twin sister Ruth Ann Colbert and uncle Benjamin Greiner. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Perry D. Whitledge 3 Children: David Whitledge and wife Mary Linda of Abingdon, Virginia Mary Ann Whitledge of Henderson Nancy Watkins and husband Steve of Henderson 4 Grandchildren: Bethany Skaggs, Cody Young, Jerry Skaggs and Perry B. Whitledge 2 Great-grandchildren: Layla Schoder and Braxton Skaggs Aunt: Esther Juncker Brother-in-law: Dewey Colbert and wife Ruth Nieces, Nephews and cousins Services will be 11:30 AM Monday October 15, 2012 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Mike Littrell will officiate. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until service time on Monday at the funeral home. There will be a private burial.
