Mary Frances Blackston

Mary Frances Blackston, 59 of Henderson passed away Tuesday December 16, 2014 at 10:36 AM at St. Anthony’s Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born in Henderson to Raymond H. and Edith Stone Blackston on April 28, 1955. She was a member of New Hope Pentecostal Church in Henderson. Mary especially enjoyed her card ministry where she sent cards to people all over the United States. She also enjoyed gospel singing. Mary was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include 1 Sister Judy Stone and husband Glen of Henderson 2 brothers: R C Blackston and wife Sue of Henderson James Blackston and wife Debbie of Henderson Nieces and Nephews Services will be 11:00 AM Friday December 19, 2014 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Ralph Riley and Pastor Don Johnston will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday 4-8PM and Friday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
