Mary Joyce Booth

Mary Joyce (Oglesby) Booth, 94, of Henderson passed away Wednesday December 6, 2017.  She was born in Boxville, Kentucky on December 29, 1922 to the late Lester and Virgie (Taylor) Oglesby.  She worked for 30 years at the Medical office of Dr. Eblen & Logan & Bland.  She was a member of the Henderson Church of Christ.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward M. Booth in 1983, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  Survivors include 2 daughters Sharon Galloway of Henderson, Sandy Booth Cummings of Brownsburg, Indiana, 4 grandchildren Michael Galloway and wife Dana of Henderson, Ashley Rosemeyer and husband Adam of Danville, Indiana, Abby Cunningham of Brownsburg, Indiana, Amanda Henderson of Avon, Indiana, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.  Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday December 9, 2017 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson.  David Salisbury will officiate.  Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
