Mary Edna Dixon

Mary Edna Sutton Dixon, 95, of Henderson, KY passed away April 10, 2020 at her residence under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice. She was born Mach 20, 1925 in Henderson to the late McCullough (Mac) Sutton and Mary Elizabeth Sutton Orton who preceded in her in death.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Dixon Sr; son, Donald Louis Dixon; daughter, Barbara Jean Dixon West; granddaughters, Frederica Dixon, Rochele Linn Tapp and great grandson, J’kyle Higgins. Mrs. Dixon is survived by her son, Robert (Glenda) Dixon Jr; daughters, Shirley Higgins, Linda Johnson, Mary (Donald) Grasty, Patricia (Thurman) Gilbert all of Henderson; seventeen grandchildren; thirty four great grandchildren; thirty one great-great grandchildren and two special cousins, Monessa Curry and Vicki Brooks-Scott. Services will be private due to the state regulations with the Covid-19 virus.
